Mission
This podcast is by an entrepreneur and for entrepreneurs. As the Founder of a Leadership Development consulting firm, I’ve encountered many questions and challenges over the years with running a business, ranging from sales to marketing, accounting, client delivery, and anything in between.
While I felt prepared to handle some of these, there were many other aspects of running my business that I had to rely on others for resources or guidance on to successfully grow the business.

On this journey, I began meeting, connecting, and learning with so many people that I realized that the knowledge, insights, and stories from these conversations could benefit other people. I decided to try to see if I could help other people benefit from the knowledge, insights, and stories from these conversations, and that is where the Business Breakdown Podcast was born.
This podcast is for entrepreneurs and founders of service and people-based businesses (consulting, coaching, speaking, training) who want to level up their business acumen to define and succeed in growing and running their businesses.
In each episode, we’ll interview entrepreneurs who are consultants, coaches, facilitators, keynote speakers, and trainers who run solo or small businesses about critical aspects of business, including marketing, sales, management, delivery, and personal development.
